Applicants must hold a B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant fields with at least 60% marks (6.0 CGPA) and a valid GATE score. Selection is primarily through COAP 2026, though some may face written tests or interviews. (IIT) Mandi M.Tech application fee is ₹200 for General/OBC/EWS and ₹100 for Women/SC/ST/PD.

Candidates must first register on the COAP portal to obtain a registration number. Subsequently, they should complete the online application via the SAMARATH portal and pay the required fee for each specialization.

Register on COAP, then apply via the SAMARATH portal by April 17, 2026, paying the fee for each specialization.
