My honest review of NIET, Greater Noida (first year experience)

Fees and Financial Aid:

The total fees of the four year program is approximately ?6,46,200. In the first year, the payable amount is ?1,79,100 which is slightly higher because it includes several one-time charges such as registration, security deposit and student welfare fees. From the second year onwards, the annual fees is ?1,55,700 and remains same for the third and fourth year as well, showing that there is no yearly increase in the fees structure. The college maintains a clear and consistent fee policy, with most one-time payment. There is no any unexpected hikes in later years. Student with tuition fees wavier seats(alloted through UPTAC counselling), don't have to pay the tuition fees, which gave them the relaxation of about ?1,03,100. UP scholarship is available for students which provide ?50,000-60,000 to general/OBC students and upto ?1,00,000 for ST/SC students.

Hectic examination schedule. Three sessionals and one semester examination

The first year we have to pay 179400. The tuition fee is 118400. The registration fee of aktu is 20000 rupees. On 2nd year the fees will be reduced to one approx 155000. UP Government provide scholarship to the students of UP which are financially aided

The first year fees of the college is rupees 1,79,400 and 2nd year it will decrease to approx 154000. The tuition fee first year is 118400. Registration fees of aktu is rs 20000. There are many BTech courses like information technology, computer science, AI, aiml, iot, data science. There is a different amount of scholarship for different categories. 59600 for OBC including hostel. 63 500 including hostel for general and more than 1 lakh for SC ST.

Well the fees structure is pretty simple the fees of the college is 180000 well every year each year have 2 semester followed by aktu well they do provide scholarship for the student having income less then 300000 lpa

And the last NIET is autonomous so they don't have to follow AKTU Subject and their old Cariculm

Last one is we have to give test exam each week and you won't get free time in first year

For the first year the collage fees were 189000 and from the second year onwards it will be 155000. The fees are the same for all categories but for management quota an additional admission fees is charged based on the branch you choose. Collage provide Scholarships based on result and UP Government offers scholarships for students who are residents of UP and also You Can Take Scholarships from National Scholarship. The collage provide some intership oppertunities and to be eligible for campus placement you need to have minimum 7.5 CGPA or above

Brief Review of NIET greater noida.

The fees for 1st year in btech is 179100 but from second year it is 155000. Scholarship opportunities are available. UP government scholarship program provide around 60000 rupees. Fees waiver seats are also available for some students who took admission through counselling.

Worth the hype?

Niet is the first autonomous college of Uttar Pradesh which is affiliated to AKTU due to this our college makes his own curriculum which is company relevant and gives degree of AKTU.

The year wise fees is around 2 lakhs There is no other fees expect tuition fees and fees for absence in work-shops around 1k will be charged for one day leave. For all categories fees is same. In my college you can avail up scholarship if you are sc/st or obc and there is no scholarship for general category which is quite disappointing.

My college yearly fee is 180000. In my college scholarship is available and approx 55000 come . In 180000 all fee are coming like ( tuition fee, lab fee exam fee etc.) For st, sc some relaxation in fee like give 40% discount in total fee. Aktu scholarship and financial aid are provide to students.

The college life in NIET

No constant programming classes for any batch. The work is held for a very few days (mostly 10-15) per semester which isn't enough to be able to learn any language. 100% attendance is mandatory during workshop or a fine of 1000/day is be given.

The total first year fee is for B Tech is 174600. From the next year onwards the fee is 150750. The overall fess is divided into tution fee, examination fee, career planning fee, etc. The tution fee for first year is 118400 with external examination fee of 7500, internal examination fee of 4000, department society and research fee of 7600, career planning fee of 7850 and institute industry interface fee of 5400. For semester-1 the fee is 59000 and for semester-2 the fee is 59400. The similar goes for further years as well.The college provides a fee waiver seat for some students whose marks are up to a certain mark. These student with fee waiver seat have to give 30000 for the whole year.

Review of NIET by a 1st year student

Since It is an autonomous college. So it's curriculum is updated and they focus on building skills inside you. Like they focus in you communication skills by doing different type of activities.

•The total fee of the BTech course is 1,79,100 for 1st year. Then from next year I have to pay 1,55,700 for the rest 3 years • Tution fee is 1,18,400. Other than that 7,500 is external exam fee. 4,000 is internal exam fee. 5,000 security money. 4,800 is registration fee. 5,000 is students welfare fee. TBL is 8,600. Department of society & outresearch activity fee is 7600. Career planning and technical grooming fee is 7,800. 5,000 is Earnest money against training and placement. 5,400 is institute industry interface fee. That's makes a total of 1,79,100 • Btech lateral entry tuition fee is 95,900 for 1st 2 years and 86000 for the last year. BCA and BBA costs 70,000 per year. • College provide Bihar students credit card scheme.
