The syallabus are given by the kuvempu university The college will follow the syallabus If u want to gain any additional skills that u maust do on your own way The college will just cover syallabus thats all The curriculum is very outdated It does not have any practical applications in real life

All the teaching staff in Chemistry were good. They taught us very well, but some lecturers were very strict. All the lecturers were postgraduates and some had doctorate degrees. They had a deep knowledge of the subject. And we were given a lot of work to do daily. But it was very helpful for us. There are two semesters per year. And two internals were conducted for every semester. The internals was moderate and conducting internals was very helpful for the sem exam. Those who scored less or those who were absent were given a third internal. And everyone was satisfied.

There is no thing called good remark to mention about this college and many bad ones to mention but it has somehow got the prpularity in the locality

The college at present with no doubt is the best college to study basic science in Shivamogga. It has very good environment. Situated in the center of the city it's accessible to students from all the sectors of public. It has bus facilities but owns no hostel.
