The last date to submit applications for all courses at Tezpur Law College (Sonitpur) for the academic year 2025-26 was March 16, 2025. Subsequent provisional merit lists were published on July 25, 2025, and final admissions were scheduled on July 28, 2025.
Candidates applying for the LLB course should have a graduate degree from a recognized university with minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the final qualifying examination. Admission to the Integrated B.A. LLB course is done for candidates who have passed Class 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized board with minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). For admission to LLM, candidates must have done LLB or B.A. LLB from a recognized university with minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). According to the notification released by BCI, there will be no age bar in respect to admissions into L.L.B. and B.A.L.L.B. courses. Admission to the courses are done on the basis of marks secured in the last qualifying examination/degree. Application forms for all the courses are available at the campus office.
