This college is recognized by the Govt. of India, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and the Dental Council of India and is affiliated to Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh. This college offers UG and PG courses in the field of dental Science along with a 2-year degree in the field of Dental Mechanic.

Likes

a lot of patients are there thats why easy for students to access things
i like availability of nice infrastructure amid the beautiful valley of shimla and also practical knowledge as heavy flow of patients is there.

Dislikes

cafeteria needs to improve as there is no availability of variety in food
due to large batch size some students tend to be hidden among masses
some people tend to take upper hands because of authority

Admission:

the admission is via NEET UG examination conducted evry year by national testing agency. it is 720 marks paper with a particular cutoff according to scoring every year. and then accordingly colleges are provided and there is no choice but if you work hard enough you can end up scoring marks eligible for admission in college you wish

There are many events happening in our college, which encouraged the student to find their inner talent
Balance, gender ratio with higher number of girls, the environment is secure for all the reason and it is also very friendly
The sex ratio of girls to boys is 3.3 :1 He in my class there is about 13-14 guys And 46 to 47 girls

Dislikes

I think we need to improve in my college is the resources. It has limited resources for many reasons. It should work on it.
Though it is nice vibe in general, but it somehow can lead to some bad circles too
There is a huge disparity in participation in extracurricular activity in college girls in college are more active in this, and I think it should be changed by equaling the number of participation

Admission:

The college is at good place. The pollution is not a thing here I was looking for a green campus and it provides me that When I talk about process you have to basically give NEET exam and after that you have to apply for the counseling

It is in rural place so patients opd not good
College infrastructure is not good that is very dissapointing
Hygiene is not good toilets are very dirty

I choose thid college no i dont it all according to marks obtained in neet ug i got 380 marks so on the basis of that i get this college so this college you will get only after the marks which you obtain in neet

The New technology in our college. Also Basics Are there.
Infrastructure of the collge is so nice & Amazing.
Most Beautiful thing is the location of the college.

Firstly,this college is near to my home . As Compare to Other Colleges the no. of Patients is high. As compare to other colleges there are lot of new techniques like CBCT machine Intra Oral Scanner for Digital impression

you around 60k but now according to current scenario it has been also increased to about 1 lacs per annum.College is situated in a very beautiful location surrounded by a beautiful lake and hills.

Dislikes

not strict and all the staff as well PG's are too humble.Also we have a department of public heath dentistry which provides a great opportunity to the students for visiting different locations and treating patients on camp site.So far we have o
oragnized camps in hundreds of rural areas,schools,jails,old age homes,special schools and well known institutes like IIT Mandi,IIT Ropar.We have also organized camps with foreigners in collaboration with Himalayan Health Exchange,redcross societyetc
students when it comes about practice.College is famous for the latest technology machines ,it holds.It is the only college in north India which is having a CBCT machine.All these things provide a great exposure to students here.Atmosphere here is

Bases on current scenario cut off score for availing a govt seat in HDC Sundernagar is min 450 marks...It fluctuates according to each year's merit.Firstly u need to give NEET-UG and after qualifying the exam you need to fill Himachal Pradesh state counselling for taking admission here

Course Curriculum Overview:

My opinion is about the course is better. And our exam structure is very tight because our teacher is very strict. No cheating chances in the exam. And the college life is with the of fun an with unfoget able moments.

Admission:

Positive facilities of our college includes the availability of well design infrastructure of the college building. The building includes badminton court, equipment for cricket, table tennis, volleyball and many other indoor games. The students are provided with various facilities like ragging cell, complaints of caste discrimination cell. There are also library, seminar hall which makes our college the overall best college of Himachal.
