Application form can be obtained from institute’s office on payment of INR 500 or can be submitted to the institute on payment of INR 600 through DD.

- There are three modes of payment for application fee:
- Online Payment – Deposit the fee in the account of “Suryadatta Education Foundation”, IDBI Bank.
- Offline Payment – Through DD (INR 600) in favor of “Suryadatta Education Foundation” payable at Pune.
- In Person – By card or cash (INR 500) in the institute’s campus.
- If the mode of payment is online, then candidates have to send the scanned copy of the bank receipt to the institute.
