- Idukki government medical college implemented here is a very wonderful college in the lap of nature the scenery and beauty is very amazing the calm atmosphere very good air water in the idukki is also very good for health.
- All are good at academics and our college ranked 2nd in pass percentage in kuhs
- All the facilities are provided in the hostel room.care taker every 50 students.room contains well furnished study tables and others.mess also provides good quality of foods.other facilities are available in the hostel like play ground and others.
Dislikes
- There is no much programmes are conducted due to poor financial crisis.only 2 or 3 programmes are conducted in an year..only few sports events are conducted there is no much support from concerned authorities
- The campus is not good and there is nothing here for enjoyment.
- Hostel faciliity is very bad as the college authorities does not bother about it they are not bothered about it.canteen is not available so point in food menu.

Our curriculum is competency-based medical education. Early clinical exposure has been included that is from the second year onwards. Several small group discussions and self-directed learning methods are included.

- Cool and peaceful atmosphere it provides nice ambience to study

- So many facilities are lacking here like lab
- There are no facilities to develop arts club.
- Less patients exposure for our training.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our curriculum is competency based medical education. It is very tough. It provides a good ambience to become a good doctor. There are many training sessions. Clinics are provided from second year onwards, ie, early clinical exposure.

- Infrastructure is not well and lacks many facilities.
- College library is not good and is very small.

As this is the course everyone dreaming,it influenced me to get in to a seat and I got it in the government medical college itself.The couse curriculum and other aspects are well directed by the national medical commission.

- The faculties are very good at teaching. All faculties are teaching like their baby
- There is no ragging in college which is to be mentioned

- The patient flow to the hospital, since this hospital is situated into a remote area and also Idukki is comparatively less populated
- The infrastructure comparing to other colleges are less in Idukki all the infrastructures are under construction
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum of our study is prepared by National medical council and all the government medical colleges and private medical colleges in India are compelled to follow their rules. I like medical profession because I really likes the biology I opted it. The teaching method in government medical colleges are little bit different from that of our schools since we have clinical classes to handle also other professors are very good at teaching us by the aids of projection. MBBS courses very difficult to study also very interesting to study we have early basis exams in which each exam is conducted it the end of the year since the course is five and half years, in which four and half years of teaching and one year of internship.

- The campus is not good and there is nothing here for enjoyment.
- Thers is teaching staff deficiency in all the departments.
- The patients are less in this medical College.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As this profession is considered to be a noble one I was very enthusiastic to study this course and I tried for this after my 12 th standard.I was studied in government school and I was not much prepared for the entrance.

It is very good and curriculum was so tough but realising the fact that it is your aim you should aim to get into this profession .. overall the curriculum is a bit tough but we can tackle it and we success

- Faculties are very accountable and knowledgable
- Hills are very high so no need of gym and we will be physically fit
- Nice climate ad atmosphere as there is not hot climate

- Every department has less facilties amd faculties
- Hilly terrain so difficult to reach and less vehicle
- Less population density so less patient population

It is very tough course and i acidently got into it if you wish very well then only come to the course exams are so bouring that after one exam there is no gap between exams but with friends and faculties i am able to tacle it

- Collage facilities are less and not enough
- Hostel is not there for boys and girls hostel is not working
- Lab facilities are not available and no patients

Doctor is a wonderfull profession. It is also a job as well as a service.teaching method is very compettitive it is like small group discussion, self directed learning, and seminar,symposium, academic is difficulty level

Course Curriculum Overview:
The MBBS consist of 5 years and house surgency the first year is of 3 subjects that is anatomy ,physiology and biochemistry and second year consist of microbiology pathology and pharmacology and the second year is less duration than first year

The curriculum is very good easily approachable but there are many important things should achieve.teaching methods include self directed learning,small group discussion,lecture etc.it is better to improve by include more teacher student relations
