RVITM Faculty

The college's faculty is well-educated, organized, and supportive, with a notable faculty-to-student ratio of 1:8 to 1:20, ensuring personalized attention for each student. Approximately 60 faculty members are available per stream. The curriculum includes three internal exams and two semesters per academic year, each lasting about six months, with exams conducted by VTU.

Internal exams are generally manageable, with around 10% of students failing the semester-end exams. Faculty members are approachable, knowledgeable, and assist students in both regular coursework and personal projects. While the teaching quality is generally high, self-study is recommended for better placements. The college offers various branches such as MCA and BTech, including CSE, ISE, and EC.
