Canteen food was not that good. Was not that healthy also.

Hostel Facilities:

If you're looking for Hostel in Sona College, you have to go for NRI. NRI is the best. The rest of the blocks are not that good. If you're able to afford for NRI you can go for NRI. It is the best. It has attached bathrooms and good food and only two members in a room and it has study table, it is good. It is 100 percentage Vegetarian campus, no outside food or allowed inside the hostel

The Life in Sona College of Arts and Science

Dislikes

Hostel facility available here is somewhat poor because of the food and other facilities.

Campus Life:

Our department consist of Four Clubs named as : 1) Technical Club which involves the students who are indulged in the technical activities. 2) Professional club in which the students who wish to pursue professional courses like Charted accountant, Corporate seceretary are involved. 3) Extension Club which involves the helping of Ashrams and homeless people by providing food and other necessary items. 4) Finance Club which involves the proper utilisation of the department fund. There are multiple books that are always available in the library. There are many Extracurricular activities that each and every department will conduct to boost the students.

I stay in sona hostel. The facilities in the hostel are not bad to complain. It is comfortable for good natural environment. But, the meals provided here are vegetarian which mat disappoint many students. The registration process is so easy that you only need to fill the application and wait for few minutes

Campus Life:

The annual fest conducted by them will be the Sonaturals and the Annual Day in the month of May by the campus itself. The Library has developed an excellent collection of books, journals, and non-book material in science, engineering, technology, humanities, social sciences, and management. Bright and airy classrooms are present on the campus. The sports at Sona are supported by world-class facilities. It includes Athletics, Basketball, Handball, Tennis, and volleyball, besides that it has commodious fields for Football, Hockey, and Cricket. Blood donor Club, Sona Radio, Programming Club, Sona readers club, Tamil Mandram, Modern theatre club, Dexters Club, IQ Club, Science Club, English Club, sports club, music club, and yoga club are the clubs run by the students.
