An underrated south campus colleges

Likes

The infrastructure of this college is very good as it is newly built. There are classes being built as well so we might get air conditioned class rooms in the next semester. It looks very promising
The crowd of courses like psychology and bcom hons is very good. I enjoyed talking and hanging out with them. They are all from good families and make coming to college a worth while experience. I am very happy with this
The teachers especially some of them are very supportive and fun in the classroom. They won't let u get bored and teach in a very fun way. Outside class support is also there but it's somewhat minimal because teachers r always busy

Dislikes

Did not like certain teachers who just come and take attendance and never teach. Students come from far far away and they get disappointed. They also don't know how to teach and it makes the class experience terrible. Wish there was better moderation
I did not like the canteen of this college. It is very underwhelming and the food is honestly bad. There is no non vegetarian either
I did not like society culture of this college. There are barely any good ones in this college

Placement Experience:

I have no clue about placements as I am a first year but i think they are very average and one should not depend on them. Better to just study very hard and do professional courses and get a masters from a great college. I am currently pursuing CFA and frm and i believe it'll help me be more employable.

Ramanujan college

Likes

The college provides variety of courses for students to pursue and and it helps the student to pursue their ambitions.
The faculty expertise and teaching methods are very good which helps us to understand everything easily.
The course curriculum to my personal and professional development is very good.

Dislikes

My engagement with campus life and the quality of social interaction is not that good
The effectiveness of the placement cell is okay and not that useful
The quality of infrastructure is not at all good and is very bad as the washroom the porta cabins are very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the curriculum of the college in bcom hons is good this influenced me to choose this course as this well help me to enter in lines which I want to work in future. As there are many internships programs that are provided this helps us to prepare for the real world applications. There are some point for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods as some teachers do not pays attention on every students

A review for LIFE

Likes

The administration was nice to every student and they are very supportive as well.
The teachers are supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

The old building area was not that good as it is burning in the summers.
The ground was not that big if you are a sports lover.

Placement Experience:

The placements are also good in the college. There is an cell for the placement department. i have done my graduation during corona time that is the reason, we coud'nt get any companies. My plan was to prepare for upsc after vompleting my graduation.

Ramanujan college Experience.

Likes

Almost 50 50 girl to boy ratio which gives equal chance for both.
Best it department which gives updates regularly and complaint Heard easily.
Best supportive teachers and well qualified.

Dislikes

Typical delhi college crowd pure selfish.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I definitely have to say that after inducement of New education policy there is scope in almost every field as you have to study GE means a subject from other department ex- I am from commerce department but I can study biology or any other course, which gives me options to do pg in other course as well..

My honest review on collage

Likes

Environment is very friendly and easy to communicate
Teachers support is also good for students
Society's events and organisation is well mannerd

Dislikes

At the time of admit card distribution so much interface
Sudden changing of things etc which were previously nice
Strict rules regarding music etc inside collage

Placement Experience:

During the last sem of 3rd year i think a student is eligible for placements the recent companies came into our collage were like zomato amazon and many other more but u dont know the exact percentage of student got placement and after my graduation i will persue for MBA

I like the crowd of my college which is pretty decent and everyone here is doing something great in their life instead of only college activities.girls to boys ratio is equal like it's 50:50.
Library is very peaceful I can study hear for whole of my day.
Canteen is excellent infact I eat two times meal in my canteen only.

Dislikes

I don't like the strictness of my college regarding everything,like college need not to be look like school.
I don't like the staff members of my college they are very rude to us.
I don't like some of the faculty members they are very boring and doesn't teach us well.

Placement Experience:

I think our college don't have a very big history of placements as it is an off campus college not all the big four companies comes here for recruitment but some companies like tata comes here for recruitment process,the average package is of 6 lacs per annum.I think college is not about packages and placement because it is totally depends on your skills not upto the college.

Amazing favts about Ramanujan College.

Likes

I like the training and career development session organished by my college.
The helping and motivating behaviours for senior is a super blessings
Another thing i like about college is their lush green campus

Dislikes

One and only thing is hectic and compulsory to attend sessions.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my colleges are quite good. Every good company visit our college for placements. When the students come in third year is eligible to sit for the placements. Almost companies of every sector visit our college either it be consulting, finance, Operations, IT,Marketing or sales. Almost 70 percentages of people attain placements every year.

I've liked the infrastructure and the vibes of people at this college. Also the faculty is too good. Areas to spend more time with friends and to play.
It's nice to meet new person at college they are very friendly and helpful in study.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike the most is that they don't have AC in rooms which makes room hotter nowadays.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd semester students become eligible for different intership programs and also for placements. There are many companies visiting in campus in which google, Deloitte, KPMG, Amazon, etc. On an average students got around 5 to 6 lakhs average package per annum and the highest was 24 lakhs per annum. The percentile of students who got selected is greater than 8.5 cgpa in semester examination.

Very friendly nature of faculty members and the College staff including guards and sweeper have helping nature towards the students .

Dislikes

The delay in sports equipment by the department of physical science and sports

Course Curriculum Overview:

The rating provided according to my experience was 7-10. According to me I'll give 9-10 in rating scale. This course is very beneficial regarding the nature and for their well-being. The drawbacks of this courses was that this course is new in Delhi University through which there are only numerous of resources for studying and most of them are outside of india.

The teachers are very good they really help every student.

There is nothing I disliked in the college but yes they can add more subjects or sports in the college

I choose this college because of in bachelor of commerce . I found the good rating star on Google. The teacher are really helpful they also guide me in many more things. I really enjoyed my college life.
