Nalanda University is a Central University also known as Nalanda International University, located in the town of Rajgir, Bihar was restored recently in 2006. The University offers various postgraduate courses like MA, M.Sc, MBA with few specializations along with a PhD and PG Diploma courses. Admissions to MA and M.Sc programs at Nalanda University are based on scores obtained in the CUET PG examination, conducted by NTA. For admission to MBA, the candidates should have taken CAT/ MAT/ XAT exam with at least 70 percentile. The University accepts admission to PhD courses based on Letter of Self-Introduction, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendations, Research Proposal, Writing Samples, and further Interviews.
