Yes, you can pursue an LLB even if you passed your 12th grade in 2009. There is no upper age limit for pursuing LLB as per the Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines.
The first year fee of B.Ed. is INR 36 thousand. The second fee of the course is also the same INR 36 thousand.
