NL Dalmia Faculty

The college offers a comprehensive faculty structure with approximately 40 hours of lectures for each of the 12 subjects per semester. The faculty team comprises 20 permanent and 10 visiting members, hailing from prestigious institutes such as IIM, TISS, XLRI, and IIT. A substantial 90% of the faculty are Ph.D. holders, many with 8-10 years of industry experience. The faculty-to-student ratio stands at 1:8, ensuring personalized attention. Guest lectures from industry experts further enhance practical learning.

Although the quality of faculty is generally high, some variability exists, with most faculty offering deep subject knowledge and industry insights. The finance faculty, in particular, is noted for their mentorship and expertise. The course curriculum is aligned with industry trends and includes time-to-time review exams. There are 6 trimesters in the PGDM program, with the level of difficulty ranging from moderate to difficult, and a 20%-25% exam failure rate.
