In Sri Ranganathar Institute of Engineering and Technology college the placement were offered after finishing the 8th semester of the 4th year. They arrange serval companies for the placement. In placement process they offer job for beginners of salary from 15k to 1.5l P/A .

Final-year students are eligible to participate in the placements. Still, now the highest package is 900000 and within a few months it may increase. Students are trained from the second year onwards with well-knowledged faculty members and trainers.

Students are eligible for placement after completing their 6th semester. The campus drive starts almost from the beginning of the 7th semester. The companies have been visited for placements. The highest package offered in placement is 9lpa by Boston IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. For Project Engineers and project coordinators. The common elegiblity is above 60 percentage throughout their academics. My plans after completing the course is persue a career in company and develop my skills.

Our institute conducts an on-campus interview after the 6th semester. The companies like hexaware, omega, Face prep, oneyes solution, etc. Have been to our college and the package is pretty good starting from 3LPA to 8LPA. The percentage of students placed till now is 80%. My plan after getting a degree is to get a good job at a well-reputed company.

The special thing I am satisfied with my college is placement. The competition of getting placement is not here. Because everyone will get placed based upon their skills. The high reputed companies like HCL,TCS, Hexaware etc... will be hiring from here. The minimum salary will be 3.6LPA.

I'm a Mechanical engineering student, if you like to study the physics and applicable maths behind any machine mechanical engineering is the only course to explore it. Faculty members are friendly as shown in the movies. Among 80% of the faculty from the mechanical stream are Ph.D. holders and some are pursuing. The way of teaching is just like in the movie manner, they only teach the basics of that concept, rest of the concepts are studied by the student because that tends to depend on those basics.
