However, there are concerns about cleanliness, infrastructure, and overcrowding as some rooms lack closets or shelves for the first two years, and water shortages and mice have been reported. Mess facilities are not uniformly available across all hostels, with only a few hostels inside the campus having a mess, while others rely on three campus canteens.
