Yes, if you successfully complete your LLB degree from a recognized university and then enroll with the State Bar Council under the Bar Council of India (BCI), you are legally allowed to practice law in India. This means you can represent yourself in court for personal legal matters and also appear for others’ cases as an advocate. However, to officially practice, you must also pass the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) conducted by BCI after registration.
