College life

Likes

Teachings in the college was really good. They bought CA's to teach us as well.
The faculty were friendly and helpful. They were indeed supporting us a lots.
The campus is friendly and helping towards each and every student.

Dislikes

At times there use to be some teachers who demotivated at present they aren't a part of the college.
The CA teachers even though we had classes they use to take online classes at times not always.
The seniors at our college at times use to act as if they are our lecturers.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There were a lot of companiss that visited and number of offers were also made. The highest package i guess was 6 to 7 lakhs package and lowesest was 2 to 3 lakhs package whoch were offered from companys and profiles offeres. There are higher percentage of student getting placements. My plans are to go to a good firm and then in 2 to 3 years start my own business.

"What you need to know before applying to college"

Agnes when i joined was a girls college but know it has become co education from 2023 i liked the campus very much and the faculties are very friendly
Variuos events conducted to bring out the talents of the students which i liled the most
Educational trips and social services being provided by the college is best

Placement Experience:

Students of final year graduate and post graduate are applicable for the campus placements. Companies like Wipro , Infosys and more on visited and offers have been made to the students and many have got placed too.

My College Tour

It's been nice for me since previous semester but now a days it's being hard to survive since the attandance issues had effected me very hard and hence should keep a stable attandance from the beginning itself and also should submit the medical cert
The college gives us a wide experience of social life and helps to interact with other college students by conducting inter college fests and as well as events which helps the students to build a strong career and as well as good human culture andlo.
To be honest the faculty teaches well and supports students in each and every aspect s of studies and lot more interactive sections which helps the students in building good knowledge and hence have a good conversation with the lecturers and staffs

Dislikes

The way teachers behave towards back benchers and give lack of attention and doesnt even care about them and the way they talks towards them always been a great dislike for me and my friends and even the infrastructure is very hard to survive during
The infrastructure of the college is very hard to survive during summer season s since classrooms have no AC facilitys this has been a great dislike for the students and even the teachers but ofcourse it's hard to afford since the college collects
Claims less amount of fees comparing to rest of the private colleges in manglore

Course Curriculum Overview:

The coarse have a good number of facualitys but my personal opinion it's been hard for me to understand incase of some faculty s as the way the teach was always hard for me and even some faculty s were more helpful and supportive either

Likes

Free hours we will get in our college some days
We will get good communication skills from this college
Library facilities are the in this college. They have maximum amount books for students.

Dislikes

We can't use mobile phones inside the campus
Because of some students , Ayas in the college have to clean every day, i feel very bad form them
There is no internship provided in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If I say about courses I've choosen for bcom professional I love practical subjects more are and easy to score in examination only theory will be little bit tuff for me otherwise bcom course is very easy to score

Agnes is a best college

Likes

Sports association that provides all students a good opportunity to show the talent
College staffs are very to students that they don’t find any difficulty for anything
All batches students are very combined to each other

Dislikes

Attendance issues that are interfering the students
Parking facilities for students are very less
Transport facilities are not available for students

This course is a a very professional Course as B.com ACCA has 13 papers from it the 7 papers are professional and rest 6 papers are of bcom graduation the professional papers are financial management and financial reporting and audit & assurance and advance financial management

Remarks:

Accreditations. The college was awarded the status of 'College with Potential for Excellence' by the UGC in 2017. The college has been assessed and re-accredited with an 'A+' Grade and CGPA 3.65 out of 4.
