Kannur university is a state government formed university established in 1996, it focuses on imparting education to all students in all districts of Kerala who have limited resources and it offers so many UG and PG courses and even research degrees. The faculty base too is very helpful and highly qualified. They follow a very standardised syllabus which benefits the students getting a degree there.

The institution of Distance learning offers selective undergraduate and postgraduate level courses. The students who have completed class 12 from any recognized Indian Board are eligible for admission. They will have to apy and on merit basis, they will be selected.

Overall, the college is best as it provide all the basic facilities to the student with a very reasonable or feasible fee structure. There are library, labs, clean and spacious classrooms, auditorium, canteen, clean campus, good environment etc.

The college is very good in studies and providing facilities but there is a drawback which has to be fixed soon i.e. placement, events, seminars, workshops, etc. Otherwise the college is good and the faculties are also very kind.

Admission to this Institute is given by the college on the spot, we should take application shape and present that and need to present all subtleties, in the wake of getting them checked we are given confirmation. There is no meeting or selection test for this..

I got admission in BA in the stream English. I applied online for the admission and got selected on the basis of my 12th results.... I got selected in the first merit list put out by the university....

I got admission after completing my 12th in Commerce. I applied for admission in BA and chose the English stream. There are many other streams to choose from, but for me English was the best. The admission can be done online.

there is a directly admission process in the institute . i had visited university with my all required documents then i filled application form and submit that and submit all necessary details after submitting this they give me admission and there is no interview prosses

I didn't have much time to do my masters as i was already working after finishing my bachelors. It was later I heard about this distance learning and even though I was skeptical in the beginning I have to say it was one of the best decisions. The application was available in both offline and online mode and later they gave admission based on the eligibility category.
