ZF Wadia Women's and NK Jhota College of Commerce, Surat was established and managed by Vidyamandir Society. It is situated at Athwalines near Chowpati on the bank of the enchanting river Tapi. The college is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU). It is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) (in 2010).
