The MYRA School of Business (MSB) in Mysuru recognizes and rewards students that are deserving of recognition due to their academic excellence and overall performance. Scholarships of value up to INR 5,00,000 are given through both merit-based and admission-based categories. Most scholarships will be given in the second year (PGDM 2) for performance in the first year (PGDM 1), along with admission and CAT-score-based awards too

Scholarships Offered by MYRA School of Business

Scholarships Based on First Year Performance (PGDM 1) – Up to INR 3,50,000

MSB Merit Scholarship

  • Eligibility: Awarded to students securing the highest CGPA in PGDM 1.
  • Scholarship Amount: INR 2,50,000 – INR 3,50,000.

MSB High Performer Scholarship

  • Eligibility: Given to students in the next highest CGPA bracket in PGDM 1.
  • Scholarship Amount: INR 1,50,000 – INR 2,50,000.

MSB General Scholarship

  • Eligibility: Offered to students in the subsequent CGPA bracket (subject to a minimum CGPA requirement).
  • Scholarship Amount: INR 50,000 – INR 1,50,000.

Scholarships at Admissions – Up to INR 1,50,000

  • Eligibility: Based on the total score obtained during the admission process.
  • Scholarship Amount: Up to INR 1,50,000.

CAT Score-Based Scholarships – Up to INR 1,50,000

In recognition of exceptional CAT performance, MSB awards the following scholarships:

  • INR 1,50,000 for students with 90 percentile & above.
  • INR 1,00,000 for students with 85 percentile & above.
  • INR 75,000 for students with 75 percentile & above.

Note: CAT Score-based Scholarships cannot be combined with General Admission-based Scholarships.

MYRA School of Business Scholarship FAQs

Q1. Is it possible for a student to receive more than one scholarship at MYRA School of Business?

Ans: No, there cannot be a combination of the CAT Score-based Scholarship with any Scholarship based on General Admission. Scholarships awarded are on a merit and academic performance basis.

Q2. Are the scholarships at MYRA sponsored again in the succeeding year?

Ans: Yes, those scholarships based on performance will be reviewed after the first year, and the scholarship awarded in the 2nd year (PGDM 2) will be based on CGPA of PGDM.

Q3. What is the highest amount a student can receive for a scholarship at MYRA School of Business?

Ans: The highest scholarship a student can receive is up to INR 5,00,000 in conjunction with admission and performance-based scholarships.
