In the month of february, there is organizing a fest which is very beautiful a big number of people and people of students come there to see what the function will look like.
There is also program supporting students like nsp(national scholarship portal) to use get scholarship for their benefit.
There is a good clubs, in which you also participate and win different prizes.

Dislikes

Less or no cultural activities conducted.
College don't offer much placement opportunities, however students here opt for higher studies by qualifying gate and other government exams or off campus placements.
Startup incubation, funding opportunities are very minimum here.No alumni network is made by college.

Environment at thdc ihet is good as it is a govt college
Location and place where college is located
Faculty members are highly qualified and experienced

Dislikes

Examination because they use to give lesser marks as compared to private colleges
Placement opportunities is not so good because number of companies visited campus was very less during my days
Sometime weather is too cold for people like who use to live in plains

Placement is not good as it is government college location in uttarakhand, so very less companies visit our college. But yes after completing the courses employability is good , umyoy apply for job through various channels. And by reaching out alumini of thdc ihet
