Fee Structure

• The one-time admission fee of Rs. 10,000 is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Hostel accommodation is optional and available separately for boys and girls on campus. The hostel fee is approximately Rs. 80,000 per year and is not included in the Total Academic Fee row above.
• Fee payment is semester-wise. Students must pay the full fee for the even semester before the last date prescribed for payment of the odd semester examination fee.
• Failure to pay fees within the stipulated time will result in removal of the candidate's name from the roll list.

APEAPCET Exam Dates

• APEAPCET 2026 counselling dates are tentative and will be officially announced by APSCHE.
• Only leftover seats after JEE and SEEE counselling are filled through APEAPCET.
• Scholarships are not guaranteed during Phase-II admissions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate/PUC/CBSE/ICSE) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates must be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission.
• Candidates must have a valid rank in SEEE (Siddhartha Engineering Entrance Examination), JEE Mains, or APEAPCET to be eligible for admission.

Admission Process

• Register for SEEE 2026 through the SAHE admissions portal (admissions.siddhartha.edu.in) or appear for JEE Mains / APEAPCET 2026.
• Appear for the SEEE examination (offline/online, 100 marks, 2 hours covering Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
• Check SEEE results and participate in counselling as per the schedule announced on the university website.
• JEE Mains qualified candidates can directly participate in JEE-based counselling at SAHE (Phase-I: April 10-16, Phase-II: April 20-28, 2026).
• APEAPCET qualified candidates can participate in APEAPCET-based counselling for leftover seats after SEEE and JEE counselling.
• Report to the university with original documents for verification and pay the admission fee and first semester tuition fee to confirm the seat.

Scholarship Details

• Scholarships are offered based on merit and are limited to 30% of the intake (i.e., up to 36 seats out of 120) on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Continuation of scholarship in subsequent years requires: (a) minimum 75% attendance, and (b) 7.5 CGPA without any backlogs.
• Scholarships are not guaranteed during Phase-II admissions.
• AP State Fee Reimbursement (TFR) is available for eligible SC/ST/BC/EBC category students domiciled in Andhra Pradesh. Students should apply through the AP e-Pass portal (apepass.cgg.gov.in).
• PM Vidyalaxmi scheme provides education loan facilitation for eligible students.
