Kerala University College of Teacher Education was established in 1990. It is functioning as per the order of the Regional committee ranting recognition* and with Govt. NOC**. Selection of student is based on the marks obtained in qualifying Examination and also with the norms of National Council for Technical Education (NCTE). The college offers Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed.) The College has well equipped laboratory and library.

All the seats offered in KUCTE are filled on merit basis and State Government Reservation Policy. :You can get admission on the basis of previous qualifying examination marks and priority is given if you belong to a reserved category.
