The placement reports shows there has been an increase in average CTC of 15 % on 2022 placements.

IT/ITes offers maximum placements for SCMHRD students followed by BFSI at 16 % then Manufacturing followed by other industries.

There is no specific criterion by any company that visits campus. A few criteria are like what percentage of the batch is placed. If many students are unplaced, then the company can find a good pool of students they can hire. Some companies specifically look for work-experience candidates. For example, ICICI Lombard visits such campuses and asks for a candidate with at least 24 months of work experience. It all depends on how the placements committee is negotiating with the companies and what are the requirements of the companies. Not just placements there are many other administration areas that only students handle, and they have some chairman (generally the professors) in place who just take care and look after the working practices and regulations.
