Welingkar Bangalore Faculty

The college has a robust faculty structure with approximately 30 permanent and 60 visiting faculty members. The faculty team comprises professionals with substantial industry experience, ranging from 5 to 30 years, across diverse sectors such as Siemens, Infosys, Wipro, HP, 3M, HCL, and Croma. Most of the faculty hold PhDs, and many have returned from the US, with backgrounds in prestigious institutions like IITs and IIMs.

Around 90% of the faculty are from the industry, providing students with practical knowledge and current industry trends across various fields like technology, retail, investment banking, and business simulations. Each trimester includes approximately 100 lectures, with mentorship available 24/7. Placement opportunities are accessible in the city, aligning with students' comfort levels.
