IBS Kolkata offers two years full time postgraduate specialised program in management. It prepares and equips the students for successful corporate careers with qualities of leadership and teamwork.
IBS Kolkata PGPM Eligibility

IBS Kolkata PGPM Selection criteria
- The entire selection process in carried out in 3 stages
- Briefing
- Micro Presentation
- Personal interview
- In briefing phase, a series of seminars are provided to the candidate to give an understanding about the Programs and processes.
- It is conducted at over 54 locations in the month of January.
- Candidates will have to opt for a slot whose link will be made available at the official website, convenient to them before January.
- This will be followed by Micro Presentation and personal interview round.
- The final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of admission score, past academic records, work experience, Micro Presentation and PI performance.
- Candidates will be intimated over email/on the website as the merit list, regarding their selection and shall be asked to submit the course fee as early as possible.

IBS Kolkata PGPM How to Apply?
Documents Required
- Scanned photograph in jpeg or gif format (size maximum upto 25kb and dimensions approximately 140 – 160 pixels.
- Valid Email ID and phone number
Steps to Apply Online:
- Fill the Online Application form
- Candidates are required to submit all their personal and academic details.
- Upload the scanned photograph.
- Enter the admission test score you want to use, to take admission into (IBSAT or GMAT®/CAT/NMAT by GMAC™ ).
- Select the program applying for and institute as “IBS Kolkata”
- Upon providing all their details, the candidates are required to submit the application via online mode.
- After the application form is submitted, an application fee of INR 1800 is to be paid using credit/debit cards or net banking.
- After registration, the candidates will be given a unique application number and password, which can be used to login later and print the application form.
- Offline forms for IBS Kolkata can be obtained from the IBS campus as well.
IBS Kolkata Scholarship
ICFAI Business School (IBS) Kolkata offers various types of Loans and Scholarships to students. These scholarships are given in the form of concession in the program fee to students or stipend against the assistantship in library or computer lab. Various scholarships offered by IBS Kolkata are given below-
- Digital Marketing Ambassadors for a period of 6 months INR 6000/- per month will be offered as a stipend to students who have flair for digital and Social Media.
- Library Assistantship for a period of 6 months INR 5000 per month will be offered as the stipend to the students. These students are required to work in the library after college for 2 hours for 3 days a week.
- Computer Lab Assistantship for a period of 6 months INR 5000 per month will be offered as a stipend to the students. These students are required to work in the library after college for 2 hours for 3 days a week.
It also helps the students to avail the financing scheme from the banks, both from public and private sectors like HDFC, Axis and also from non banking financial institutions. IBS has also entered into MOUs with the following financial organisation assisting financial aid:

IBS Kolkata Entrance-Based Scholarship
IBS Kolkata offers scholarships to its students based on score in IBSAT 2024. IBS has announced scholarships worth Rs. 10 Crores exclusively for top performers in the IBSAT-2024 test, scheduled for December 28-29, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
- For Toppers in IBSAT Candidates who secure top ranks in IBSAT 2024
- For Wards of IBS Alumni
- For Physically Challenged Candidates
- For Wards of Defence Personnel (In-service/retired) from Army, Airforce, Navy, and Paramilitary Forces.
A total of 500 scholarships will be distributed by IBS across all its institutions. Each scholarship amounts to Rs 2 lakh per candidate, with the flexibility of adjusting Rs 1 lakh each in the first and second term installments against the program fee.
