My experience at Amrita School of Business, Amritapuri

Likes

Curriculum is very updated, relevant courses are provided to make the students industry ready. Courses are updated each year to keep its relevance.

Dislikes

First 2 semesters are really hectic with classes on weekend with plenty of works and assignment. It seemed like there is no breaks and had to push ourselves really hard in the initial year.
During placement season we have to travel a lot to different campuses to attend the placement process. Which made the last few semesters very hectic

Total Fees: 790000 Caution deposit: 10000 Registration fees at website: 1400 Scholarship based on marks obtained in entrance test such as KMAT, CAT, MAT AMET, upto 50% fees off for high percentage of marks at these respective test Scholarship for top 6 students based on marks obtained in the first year. 50% off on tuition fees for the following year

There are merit and management seats, merit seat is based on our entrance score. There is no other kind of scholarship but financial assistance is there if you have any issues paying the fee you should inform your department earlier and submit the reason if they felt it convincing they will provide you more time that's it there is no reduction in the amount currently their MBA fees is 6 lakh and it varies yearly according to the management decision

The Fees including hostel fees were 8 Lakhs, genuine fees, and scholarship assistance is also provided. The cost of the study is affordable. The scholarship is provided based on the management entrance test conducted.

A journey down the memory lane

Fee Structure And Facilities:

My MBA fee was pretty expensive. We paid 6.6 lacs per annum which was not nominal at all. This fee included my tuition fee, registration fee, examination fee, etc. It drained almost the entire savings of my parents. Though the college is pretty expensive, it does provide some of the best facilities to the students to make them feel accommodated.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

My course fee is around 13 lacs for two years. We are suppose to pay the fee on biannual basis, which is a good thing. It is pretty feasible for me, though I still feel I believe they should provide placements equivalent to the fee they charge form the students.

Being practical in learning

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Fee structure is good. It is low compared to other colleges and also the permanent faculty and the visiting faculty all have very good qualification from the top colleges around the globe. Having all these amazing teachers at low fees, is totally amazing. You get knowledge and values a 100 times more for what you pay.
