Love and hate relationship with this college

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee structure is quite affordable as it is a government college, there are availability of scholarships for the reserved quota which provides 6000 per year for the education. There are no placements and internships provided as such

The semester system in the college was quite easier to understand and the college infrasture was clean and tidy

Fees and Financial Aid:

There are two types of fees paid I every 6 months, ie, exam fees and re admission fees which cost around 1000rs and there are various types of scholarships provided by the college- Swami Vivekananda scholarship and much more. As it is a government college there is no campus placement or internship programs.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure in Siliguri College of Commerce is very nominal as you have to pay around 3,000 for 1st semester and around 1,000 for the second semester, and here you will get a swami Vivekananda scholarship who has got more than 60% in class 10+2 exams.

College is Good for Local Students

Fees and Financial Aid:

As our college is Government Sponsored, so its fees is low. One can complete his/her graduation by spending around a total of Rs.15000 in 3 years. Scholorship provided by the college are Swami Vivekananda Scholorship, Oasis Scholorship.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Because it is an government college thats why the fees is quite cheaper than other private colleges. Our currwnt fees is 10,800 rupees. I did not complete my course yet because of covid. But i think i should get a job in a bank as a clerk in my 1st stage.

Nice College

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees are around 500-700 per Semester and exam fees of Rs.670 at the time of the exam was to be paid additionally. The College also provided financial assistance to the needy ones, they were given around Rs.600 for each semester and the state government provided around Rs.10000 per Year to the students.

My college experience

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees for the college is very very low. I got myself admitted to the college for the B.Com Honours course and paid Rs 3000 for 6 months and then Rs 500 per 6 months. The scholarship is provided to the sc/st students.

Good for getting a degree

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees are very much low. During the admission, I paid Rs.2950 (including 1st Semester Fees). The fees per semester are around 500-600 and Exam fees additional 400-700. The scholarship is provided to needy ones. The amount varies from Rs 500-1500.
