Fees and Financial Aid:

The course fee is almost 536000 where after getting through wbjee, we will have to pay 90000 upfront for the 1st semester including and then 63,750 from each semester upto 8th.The college fees is almost constant and doesn't change but depending on the year and policy it may change after few years.

All u need to know about ST THOMAS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY

At the time of admission u need to pay the fees for first semester which is around 89000 and in the second to eighth semester u need to pay around 63000 So the total is around 162000 for first year, there are around 2 to 3 scholarships u can avail according to certain criterias but one scholarship, Swami Vivekanand is available to all unless ur guardian is a government official

The course fee structure is 650000 for 4years. If you are a candidate domicile of West Bengal then you can avail Swami Vivekanand Scholarship which provides 60000 per year and a total of 240000 for the whole course. The course fee is not increasing as of now because it's a semi government type college.

Nice Faculty and overall experience

The yearly fee structure is ?1.1 lakh which is around ?55k per sem and the whole course fee is ?5.9 lakh which includes admission fee of ?90k .The course fees was previously around 4lakh but it increased to 6lakh in 2023.The faculty is good,all professors well qualified and friendly specially the CSE faculty (I'm a CSE student)the campus is also fairly big.The college is super strict with attendance and overall everything.Companies like cognizant,Infosys, Microsoft,etc visit us every year for placement and the average placement is ?5 lakh per annum with highest being ?10lakh.You can also opt for Swami Vivekananda scholarship which the eligibility criteria is 60% marks in 12th standard.The scholarship provides ?60k per year for 4 years of the duration of the course

I paid around 85000 admission fee and then 63750 semesters-wise. I'm in second year right now. Scholarships are pretty much available for students the only condition is they can't have any backlog in their semester examination.

Strict college with decent facilities

Tuition fees increase 5 percent every semester. Complete cost of education would be around 4 lakhs. Scholarships are avialable such as SVMCM. Well about campus placements, except our year (i.e 2024) a good number of companies come and do mass recruiting providing average package of 4lpa.

A deep dive into life in St. Thomas college of Engineering and Technology

Total fee structure is around 6 lakhs. This hikes alot this year only. The hike depends on government. There is scholarships but mostly for there state student only .like Swami Vivekananda scholarship, Kanyashree prakalpa, etc.around 60000rs is offered under SVMCM.

tuition fess is 55000 development fee is 8250 student amenities 500 total is 63750 per semester then for new admissions it is 89750 which icnclude admission charge, caution deposit and libraray/book bank charge but if you are a tfw student then then the enitre 55000 will be reduced from your semester charges.

A Balanced Perspective: Reviewing ST Thomas College of Engineering and Technology

During my time the semester fee were around Rs 45000. There were tuition fees waiver scheme for financially weak students. There were no scholarship schemes. There were miscellaneous fees also. The total was around Rs 4.5 lakhs.
