Job placements are also available and enough opportunities are there to make a great career here local companies to international companies prefer to hire from here
This college has a great environment and a great campus.
Some faculties are good at there subject and have some extra knowledge about their own subject.

Dislikes

Placements are good but not the best the avg placement on campus is around 3.5l to 4.5 l. and faculties are not helping us for finding internships or jobs.
One only thing i disliked was overcrowded students in ce and it courses.
Fees of course 1,18,000 per year and 59,000 per semester you have to pay fees 3 or 4 weeks after the start of the new semester if you fail to pay your fees there are penalty rules.

Likes

i liked campus it is always neat and clean.
we enjoyed our time in a hall which is there for students.
our faculty are always there for solving our doubts.

Dislikes

i disliked admin office they are always shouting.
there is not proper forwheel parking area for students.
interior of our college is very old it needs repairing.

Placement Experience:

I think from 7th-semester students can eligible for placements, there are many companies visited in our college ex. Infosys, Wipro. Our placement officer is very helpful he always helps students in their placements.

ABOUT SCET

Likes

Course outline and placements are very good.
Faculties are also good and very experienced.
I like their exam pattern like they take two exam per sem.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is so old they need to be restructured.
Some time got issues with administration department.

Placement Experience:

7 and 8-semester students are eligible for campus placements. l&t, Infosys, TCS, wipro etc and their no of offers is around 5LPA to 6LPA. highest package is 7.5 LPA and it is in tcs and the average package is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. 85-90 % of students get placements. My plan is after getting my degree I work in tcs.

Amazing college!

Likes

College campus! There events, functions, students study efforts, submission, practical knowledge environment, friendly nature of facilities and all the classes and then cleaner in the all classes available!
Practical skills - get practical knowledge there are labs and instrumentation available!
Annual function and events which are comming at the mis of sem nd end of the year!

Placement Experience:

There are two sections available for placement, there are so many big tech companies coming for placement and many students get according to get placement then knowledge and skills! There are very high-paid and comfortable companies coming to all branches even if there are non-IT CO also.

Things that you must know about SCET

Likes

Course outline and placement are good in comparison to other universities. Faculties are also experienced.

Dislikes

Infrastructure somewhat needs to be restructured

Placement Experience:

You will get a good placement after the completion of your course. You need to start applying for incoming companies in your 3rd year and they offer a range between 2LPA to 5LPA average. Some name of the companies - Narola Infotech, Bigscale, TCS, La Net, etc provides placement. Almost 70 to 80% of students get placements here. After my completion of the course now I am working in one of the organizations in which I got placed from the college.

Quick overview of SCET - IT

Likes

Placement and faculties were good. You will enjoy your college life with great education.

Dislikes

Classrooms are old fashioned. Some times got issues with administration section for inquiry.

Placement Experience:

Students will be eligible from the 2nd year for placement. There is daily 1 2 companies came for placement and they made approx 3 4 offers. The highest package was 12 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA for different software engineering profiles. Almost all students can get placement through college. Currently, I am working in an organization where I got placed through the placement.

Likes

I really liked there examination pattern like they take 2 exam per sem , first mid term exam and second University exam .and mid term exam are easy so we can easy score good marks if we try.
I also like the system of collecting 100 points till the end of 4 years .the points are collected on the basis of certificate we get from extra curriculum activities .
Also I liked the canteen food in our college .it is very delicious and in reasonable price .

Dislikes

The college infrastructure is not very good but the campus of University is very big
There is compulsory attendence of 75% so I diliked this thing.
The chemistry subject is there in first year of all the branch which is good but I don't like chemistry so yah i diliked this

Placement Experience:

There is a training and placement department for placement and training for job interviews. Many companies visited our campus for placement like Reliance, Adani, AMNS, MG motors, TCS, L&T, Infosys, Tata, HCL, IBM, Google, torrent, Yokogawa, and many more 85-90 % of students get placed from scet. I am planning to get a placement on campus. From 7 semester the company comes for placement.

Likes

Things I liked about college was friendly nature of faculties
I also like the infrastructure of college because there were many plants and trees around the college.

Dislikes

One only thing I disliked was overcrowded students in CE and IT courses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In CE it was a simple Subject like BEE, BME, EM, MATHA, etc. In SCET faculty members are very friendly and well educated. When I confirmed my admission in round 2 some topics were taught. But our mentor guided me on this also. The exams are held on time.

In Scet Placement Drive, The Students Have To First Register Through The Training And Placement Cell. Only Final Year Students Apply For A Placement. There Are Many Companies Visited Our Colleges Like Oracle, Indian Navy, Jaro Education, IBM, Essar Steel, Essar Constructions India Limited, Torrent Power And Many More.

Faculty is well educated and with many years of experience
