- Yes, everything is good there - the functions, events, all types of events are happening here, from tech fests to cultural activities, everything is just awesome.
- The training and placement program was the best and was conducted by Infosys and Corporate Gurukul as well.
- The placement and training are really very good, and that is why the college is renowned everywhere.

- Orissa Engineering College does not provide any loans, but they can adjust the payment mode by offering fee installments and a reduced fee structure for students from backward classes.
- None of these things are good because the faculties provided by the college have a very low level of expertise and knowledge in their subjects.
- Many students have to sleep on an empty stomach because they do not like the meals provided, and despite numerous complaints, no changes have been made

I entered the college on the basis of my rank in IIT JEE. I scored 69 in whole and there was no particular reason to join this college. One of my friend was taking admission in it and suggested me to also take there. Also being the oldest private college of Orissa attracted me further to take interest in it.

If i summaries and rate the college then the college is average to study and if you want only a B.Tech degree then you can come over here. This college is not at all bad. Good point is behaviour of facilities are good.
