NC College of Engineering, Israna was established in 1998.The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University and approved by AICTE. NCCE offers B.Tech. Programmes in seven specialty, four M.Tech. Programmes, one Integrated program Masters of Technology Management, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA and Doctoral Programmes in four disciplines

NCCE has well-equipped library with seating capacity 380 readers. It has 36898 books, 2880 CDs of books, periodicals and video course lectures.
