I have to go for kerala entrance examination and had to qualify it to get in to any college.i scored rank around 15000 and got admission in jyothi engineering college, since the quotient fee was less than vidya engineering college i preferred this college.

I wrote Lateral entry test, 274 was my rank in that exam. Lateral entry test was only for those students completed the three year diploma course and can enter in to the third semester.

Stands 12th among 154 engineering colleges in Kerala in the first semester KTU result Academic Excellence award in 2013 & 2014 instituted by University of Calicut accredited by NAAC.

I don't have any bad comments for jyothi because teacher are well educated and they know how to handle students and they also teach well.

I have written KEAM exam and had good score which gave me options like JEC, Vidya colleges for admission.I choose to study Mechanical Engineering in JEC because my cousin sister was already studying there and the faculties .

I love my college very much. From there i learned the value of friendship. I had lot of friends there and my teachers are also very friendly.

Good faculty with moderate facilities are provided in the college. It is recommended to join for good academics in low fees . There is no student politics. Comparing with other colleges in the district , it is the best. College has got many ranks with the
