In our college that cultural been conducted for each year the name of the cultural is takshashila it is a three day festival it was process like musical night DJ show like that. Then there are symposium for each and every department it conducted also for every year.Our college has a well-equipped library with a variety of books, journals, and research papers on different subjects, which acts as a great source of information for students. Having both hard and soft copies provides the students with ready access to study material at any time, and the environment in the library is appropriate for focused studying. Moreover, the college also possesses well-furnished classrooms with advanced technological facilities, such as projectors, smart boards, and high-speed internet, which augment the learning process. Extracurricular activities include different sports facilities, such as indoor and outdoor games, which help students maintain a healthy balance between studies and physical fitness. Regular sports tournaments and inter-college competitions allow students to display their talents. Aside from education and athletics, the college features a number of student-operated clubs and social organizations that represent various interests, including technical clubs, cultural organizations, and entrepreneurial cells. The one and only big event in our college is Takshila event they will invite many big music directors and actors to spend the night with the lough and the music..the event will be held in the month of February

There will be technic and non-technical fest and the biggest event takes place once in a year is Takshila and it provides better extra curricular activities and we can join in small club to develop the club

Social life is not very good in this college as more importance is given to education. Club involvements are very good as the college has various clubs and centres of excellence which is really helpful

When we see the campus it is not that much large campus but there are many trees and which make perfect place to relax during evening times. Sports interested persons are allowed to go on their way and required facilites are provided by the college and there are many clubs in the college which teach us make things

Cit offers many options, both technical and non technical fests. Students perform in hackathons, and do skillracks etc. There are many clubs including connects, immerse and much more which help you overcome your stage fear and develop your non technical skills. There is also sport facilities which you can join

The sports and ECA offered varies from indoors such as chess, outdoors such as cricket. There are groups such as tedx, magazine groups and anti ragging cell for students welfare .

Campus life in Chennai institute of technology is vibrant, especially for first years They yearly culturals is called "Takshashila". Its a 5 day event, with an enjoyable month.
