CIET Guntur B.Tech Admission 2026

B.Tech admission at CIET runs on two parallel tracks - AP EAPCET state quota counselling for government-allotted seats, and direct management quota filled by the institution after state rounds close. Both tracks lead into the same 9 specializations but through different seat categories, application windows, and contact procedures.

CIET Guntur M.Tech Admission 2026

M.Tech admissions at CIET are score-dependent across all seat categories. A valid GATE or AP PGECET score is required to participate in state-level counselling. The exam route a candidate qualifies through also determines their eligibility for any AICTE-linked stipend benefits, making the choice of exam route practically significant before applying.

Note: Final-year B.Tech students may apply provisionally for M.Tech. Admission is confirmed only after final marksheets are submitted and minimum eligibility is verified by the institution.

• Step 2: For AP EAPCET state quota seats, register on the AP EAPCET counselling portal at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in once registration opens in June 2026.
• Step 3: Gather and upload required documents - Intermediate / Class 10 and 12 marksheets, community or caste certificate (if applicable), transfer certificate, AP EAPCET scorecard, Aadhaar card, and passport-size photographs. M.Tech applicants additionally submit undergraduate degree or provisional certificate and all semester marksheets.
• Step 4: During AP EAPCET counselling, fill college and branch preferences on the portal. Enter CIET (Counselling Code: CIET) and list branch preferences in order of priority. Preference order should reflect both branch interest and realistic rank expectations.
• Step 5: Accept seat allotment within the stipulated window after results are published. Report to the CIET campus, Chalapathi Nagar, LAM, Guntur, with all original documents for in-person verification. No seat is confirmed without physical reporting.
• Step 6: Complete document verification at the admissions office. Pay the annual tuition fee (INR 40,000 for B.Tech) to formally confirm the seat. Hostel allocation is processed separately after seat confirmation and is subject to availability.
• Step 7: Management Quota: For candidates applying outside EAPCET counselling, management quota seats become available after all state rounds conclude. Contact the admissions helpline or visit the campus directly. In-person document verification at the CIET admissions office is mandatory before the seat is formally confirmed.

Direct Admission at CIET Guntur - Management Quota

Outside the AP EAPCET centralized process, CIET Guntur reserves seats under the management quota that are open for direct admission.
