Placement opportunities: akgec provided excellent placement opportunities, with reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment drives.
Campus life is good faculty is also good and have lots of degree in hands with knowledge and placement is good with 99% students being placed infrastructure is awesome and course s are also good
These scholarships may be merit-based, need-based, or awarded for specific achievements or talents.

Dislikes

Process very worst they can't support they can start aur new rule 12th percentage criteria for scholarship is 60 percentage
Placement process was very poor. very few technical companies came to college
During the time of physical reporting my experience is quite very bad their arrangements are not good and their server reach is too low, so i am not satisfied with their admission process

More Information About AKGEC College

Likes

The faculty is very supportive most of the times and you also get access to labs if needed to do projects and want to learn
The college have different societies for different cultural and technical events where recruitments are
The infrastructure and greenery of college is very good, it is really refreshing to roam in the college to freshen up the mind

Dislikes

Sometimes the college are extended till Saturdays which becomes a little too tiring to complete the fourse in time
The rules for girls staying in hostel is little too strict about in timing as in timing of the hostel is 5 p. m.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is good as in core branches, most of the students get placements on-campus, infact these years good freshie paying scale company for core companies did visit the company and most of the IT sector companies also offer good packages. The average package is 5.5 lakhs. For ECE, Vivo, Kuka robotics, Ericsson and blauplug visited the college. I'm not really much aware about other branch's companies

Inside AKGEC Life

Likes

Things to appreciate is the clean campus, well maintained buildings ,good labs and also a library. Campus is disciplined and focused on academics with a decent coding culture.

Dislikes

Campus life is very limited, there are very few fests ,very strict rules regarding attendance and a less vibrant environment.
faculty quality also varies, some teachers are good but many are non engaging.

1) students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. 2) many companies visit our college like asbl,shl,deloitte,infosys,hcl tech , To the new and many startup based companies 3) highest package on campus was around 14 lpa and average package was around 4-4.5 LPA. 4) around 600-700 students got placed out of 1100 students. 5) my plan is to do masters.

Faculty is knowledgeable and approachable.
Placement cell is average but if you work hard then you can land a good job.

Dislikes

Very strict attendance. Their is mandatory attendance criteria of 75% below which you're debarred from exams.
Very strict Hostel rules and strictrer for girls. The first year outing timings for girls is only 5PM.
First year hostel is good but the the later senior Hostel are compatively congested.

Placement Experience:

There is a slot decline in the placement these years , onwards 3rd year student become eligible, basically I am enrolled in btech so definitely I'll be getting a tech firm job. Basiclly I'll be sitting in campus placement and do a job to launch my startup

Likes

Girls to boys ratio is approximately 1:3
Faculties are good and experienced. But some are very strict.

Dislikes

There is very much workload on students. No of holidays are lesser as compared to other colleges.
Many times they don't give holiday even on Saturdays.

Number of students placed or percentage of placement is good but the average placement is lower and most of the students are getting placed at 3.5 lpa which is not decent. Students become eligible for placement in 4th year. Also number of good companies visit is decreasing

AKGEC- A place where engineers are groomed

Likes

Teacher support, teaching methods, essential personality development sessions and guest lectures and also no uniform

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in campus placements from 7th semester itself. top big companies like facebook, Delloite visit the campus to recruit engineers. About 95% students are placed and 80% students recieve dream offers ranging from 15-18 lpa. the highest package was lpa and average package is 8lpa.

Read before you reach(college).

Likes

The good part is the location, it is situated in a region where IT companies are nearby, it also provide decent but pacakage to majority of students.
Quiet big campus life as compare to other private colleges.
Affordable fee structure as in 10 lakh whole btech is completed.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is really bad and the buildings looks very old , needs renewation.
The classes are non AC which creates a lot of problem in summers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is not uptodated as this is an AKTU based college , so syllabus needs to be revised and should be made in such a way that it should realte to real field scenerio. Firstly the college should develop a competetive programming environment so that students gets excited and focus more on real thing rather than just academics.

Likes

College campus is very big and beautiful and many plants fully green campus college Akgec have good research equipment and robotics lab with biggest robotics manufacturing company kuka and have great faculty well experienced college discipline is goo
If I talk about discipline is good not so strict
Food stalls are near available with cheap rate

Dislikes

Boy and girl ratio is very less like 1:3 1 ration girl 3 ratio boy
College have great number of exams daily daily
College have no ac in classroom difficult for summer

Placement Experience:

Placement is very good of akgec around 330 companies visit every year almost 89 percentage of students is placed in good companies with average package of 5.30lpa placement is good as compared to other colleges.

Review of Ajay Kumar garg engineering college

Likes

The girls to boys ratio in colleg is fairly good it is about 4:9
The faculty's expertise, teaching methods, and mentorship quality is good especially of mechanical and computer science department teachers are very good at their job.
The college is built upon the german archeitecture and feels amazing in college. Colege is also lush green you can find the trees every where you went in college

Dislikes

The classroom anre not occupied with AC till now this year they tried it for 1st year but not for 2nd, 3rd and fourth year which is not pleasent in delhi summer season
The Personality development is not goood in college the classes for personality development is not that great
No fest and very less cultural events which were also get overshadowed in the minimum attendence criteria .

Placement Experience:

the placeement are good in the college. There is also a placement cell in the colleg which helps student to do the placement in a good way and tries to place each and every student on job. in which they are also very much successfull.

Exploring AKGEC

Likes

The academics of the college has always been top. They focus on academics more than fest and other curriculars
They have library in which various books are available which can be issued. Students can study in their college time or after college hours in the library
They have their hospital which checks up students for free. They do not take consultation fee. We only need to buy medicine.

Dislikes

There are no fest in the college which makes life boring in the college.
They held exams every month and do not give holidays.
Semester break is too short which is for only 1-2 weeks and takes fine for not attending the classes

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement in the 7th semester on campus in which several companies come and take the interviews. There are several criteria which we need to fulfill such as attendance, cgpa and several other factors.

Form 4th year, that is,7th semester, students are eligible to sit in placements.Companies like samsung, Infosys,josh technology,Accenture visited.the highest package is 14 lpa and lowest is 3 lpa.My plans after getting the job is to get higher positions in this field only.
