Ekarma College is the oldest non-government aided college of Bhubaneswar which was established in the year of 1978. The college came into existence to meet the growing demand for expansion of the higher educational institution in this burgeoning city. The mission of the college is to provide students with a broad public administration education, enhanced communication skills, outstanding analysis and decision-making skills.
