DAV Institute of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation (DAVIPTR) was founded in the year of 1994 which is managed by the D.A.V. College Managing Committee, Delhi. It is a prime Physiotherapy teaching and training institute of Punjab. The college is affiliated to the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. The courses which are offered by the college are Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Master of Physiotherapy in the field of Neurology, Orthopedics, Cardio-Pulmonary and Sports, Diploma in Prosthetics and Diploma in Medical Lab Technician. DAVIPTR provides highly qualified and experienced holder teaching faculty for students, which are engaged in various research and academic activities with several universities of the country. The college is also providing the invaluable training to the students in the field of Pediatric Rehabilitation and the art of splinting and bracing.
