KNU Result 2026 Portal and Notice Pages

KNU uses one portal for results of all programmes. The notices, though, sit on separate pages by level.

Programme Type Result Portal Notice Page
UG, B.Tech, BHM, Law, AHS&T, Diploma KNU Connect Examination Notice (UG)
MA, M.Sc, MBA, M.Com, MCA, MSW, LL.M KNU Connect Examination Notice (PG)
Integrated B.Sc-M.Sc Animal Science KNU Connect Both UG and PG pages

Students of KNU affiliated colleges use the same portal. Principals see a Tabulation Register in their own college login.

How to Check KNU Result 2026?

The result is not sent by post or SMS. Students follow these steps on KNU Connect.

  1. Open the KNU Connect portal at knuconnect.eazyclasses.com.
  2. Log in with the user ID and password given at enrolment.
  3. Open the result section for the current semester.
  4. Check the course codes, marks and SGPA on screen.
  5. Download the Grade Card as PDF and keep a printout.

Example: A B.Com Sem-II student logs in after October 12, 2026. The Sem-II Grade Card then appears for download.

Result Not Showing on KNU Connect

Most result problems come from a few common causes. The fix usually sits with the college, not the university.

  • Wrong semester: The course may not be in a declared batch yet. Match it against the date-wise table.
  • Login failure: The college exam cell is the first point of contact.
  • Missing paper or absent mark: The college exam cell reports it to KNU.
  • Pending review: Old marks show until review results are out.

What the KNU Grade Card Shows?

KNU regulations call the Grade Card a semester certificate. It shows course details and that semester's SGPA.

  • Course code and credits for each paper
  • Letter grade for each paper
  • Grade point and credit point for each paper
  • SGPA for the semester, and CGPA where applicable

Eligible final-semester and backlog-cleared students also get a Final Grade Card. It comes through the same portal.

KNU Grading System and SGPA Calculation

KNU follows a 10-point grading scale under its UG regulations. The pass mark is 40 percent in each course.

Letter Grade Marks (Percentage) Grade Point
O (Outstanding) 90-100 10
A+ (Excellent) 80 to below 90 9
A (Very Good) 70 to below 80 8
B+ (Good) 60 to below 70 7
B (Above Average) 50 to below 60 6
C (Average) 45 to below 50 5
P (Pass) 40 to below 45 4
F (Fail) Below 40 0

Courses with theory and practical need at least 20 percent in each part. Internal marks are added before the grade is given.

How SGPA and CGPA Are Calculated?

SGPA is total credit points divided by total credits in that semester. CGPA uses the same idea across all semesters. Both are rounded to two decimals.

Example: A student earns O and A in two 5-credit papers. A 4-credit paper gets B and a 2-credit paper gets C. Credit points total 124 over 16 credits, so SGPA is 7.75.

To convert to percentage, KNU multiplies SGPA or CGPA by 10. So a CGPA of 7.75 equals 77.5 percent.

How to Apply for KNU Review After the Result?

KNU calls revaluation a Post-Publication Review. Students apply online through the Review section of KNU Connect. Only theory answer scripts are reviewed.

For UG Sem-IV 2026, the form opened on October 9, 2026. It closed on October 14, 2026 at 11.59 pm. PG Sem-IV followed the same closing date.

Course Group Review Fee per Paper
UG (BA, B.Sc, B.Com) and B.Tech INR. 125
Integrated B.Sc-M.Sc Animal Science INR. 150
MA, M.Sc, M.Com and MCA INR. 150
Allied Health Science, AHS&T, MBA and LL.M INR. 175
BBA, BCA, BHM, BBA (HM) and MSW INR. 225
UG Law courses INR. 275

Important: The review fee is not refunded in any case. Practicals, internal marks, viva and projects are never reviewed.

How Review Marks Are Finalised?

A change within 20 percent of full marks keeps the higher mark. A bigger change sends the script to a third examiner. A fall in marks never turns a pass into a fail.

Review results come out as separate notices. UG Sem-VI review results, for example, came on September 14, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ans. UG Sem-V, VII and IX exam enrolment opened on October 14, 2026. As per previous trends, these results are expected from April 2027.

Ques. Which grade counts as a pass at KNU?

Ans. Grade P and above counts as a pass. Grade P needs at least 40 percent marks in the course.
