GGU B.A.M.S : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The BAMS course is taught by faculty with advanced degrees in Ayurvedic medicine, including some with PhDs. The curriculum involves two exams per year—one internal and one external—making a total of four external exams over the four-year course, regulated by NCISM and overseen by the university committee. Students must pass both exams annually to advance, with up to three retakes allowed for those who fail, at a cost, with retakes every 3 to 4 months.

The annual fee is Rs 2.25 lakh for students admitted via the government quota and Rs 3.25 lakh for those through the management quota, inclusive of resources like journals. Fees can be paid in installments or lump sum via various methods, including UPI, card, cash, and bank transfer. Hostel and mess facilities cost an extra Rs 45,000. The college offers financial aid through scholarships like MYSY, Freeship, and Digital Gujarat, with full fee coverage for Freeship, SC, and ST students under government schemes.

An additional Rs 5,000 exam fee is applicable. Although the college lacks government funding and does not provide a stipend, it offers good placement opportunities.
