For this, we need enough cadavers, well-furnished labs, OTS, and well-maintained lecture theaters. Every AIIMS provides these top-notch facilities and has excellent infrastructure that promotes a healthy academic environment. AIIMS faculty recruitment is unique and thus it’s not easy to take in just anyone as a teacher here. Moreover, the faculty shortage does not affect the quality of education.
