MGMIHS B.P.T : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college offers a 4-year degree program followed by a mandatory 6-month unpaid internship at MGM Medical College and Hospital. The program is supported by a knowledgeable faculty, maintaining a student-to-faculty ratio of 1:25 to facilitate personalized learning. Teaching methods are varied, including practical approaches, with most faculty members holding BPT and MPT degrees; some are also pursuing Ph.D. programs. The college follows a CBCS pattern with exams every six months and a mid-semester internal exam.

The curriculum is considered medium to difficult, with a 90% exam pass rate. Facilities are comprehensive, with 10-15 available over the course duration. The total cost of the program is approximately INR 8,00,000, with an additional refundable deposit of INR 20,000 and a registration fee of INR 1,000. For the 2022 batch, the annual fee was INR 2.5 lakh, with management seats at INR 5 lakh per year. Hostel fees are INR 2,00,000 annually, and other costs include a INR 25,000 admission fee and INR 4,500 per semester exam fees.

Scholarships are available for OBC students with an annual income below INR 8 lakh, but the institute itself does not offer any scholarships. The entrance exam for the MGM School of Physiotherapy was held in August 2024. The internship, though unpaid, provides valuable practical experience across various hospital departments, allowing students to manage both Inpatient and Outpatient Departments, gaining exposure to diverse patient cases.
