Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizer offers a 45-day internship program without interviews. The fee structure has remained stable without recent hikes; initially, it was approximately 1.25 lakh with a 5% increase annually, leading to fees of 1.25 lakh for the 1st year, 1.31 lakh for the 2nd year, 1.38 lakh for the 3rd year, and 1.45 lakh for the 4th year.
