Course Curriculum Overview:

The practical laboratory facilities are not available for every program. The exams are easy and have enough time. Even though the course needs improvement like some of the temporary staff should be replaced, some facilities for practical and theory classes are to be improved. Should need more practical aspects of what we will work on after graduating and securing a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was never interested in engineering. I passed KEAM entrance exam. So my parents forced me to become an engineer. Since I was interested, I thought food technology might be a good branch in engineering. So I got admission in KUFOS through allotment. The course is actually good . In the 1st year, you study basic engineering, 2nd year onwards food related courses are taught. If you are a student who only have the intention to study you will find this college easy to adjust. They provide all facilities to study. There is no particular frequency for a semester. Even though academic calender is there for each batch it is not followed properly. In this college the course may last upto 4.5 years. Due to this reason the students ask the management to cut shot semester breaks so that they won't loose 1 year.

First fisheries in kerala Presence of Eminent professors Supporting teachers Laboratory facilities Good and secure hostel facility for girl Good college atmosphere Limited colleges offering Btech food Technology courses in kerala Bus and train facilities to reach college. Scope of food Technology Diverse job opportunities in food industry

Remarks:

The positive remarks are here we have all the equipments that we are needed and also the campus is beautiful and large and the negative remark is there will be classes on every Saturdays except on second Saturdays.
