How is the MCA course at Nirma University?

For MCA, one of my friends studying at Nirma suggested that if you're going for the first year, make sure you know your basics. You should be familiar with C++, HTML, CSS, discrete maths, etc. Discrete Maths is comparatively tougher than other topics. OS, Java, and C++ must be at an advanced level if applying for second year or lateral entrance. The campus is good. Their canteens are hygienic and affordable. Nirma University is strict about attendance. You should have at least 85% attendance. The administration and course structure gradually is tiring for students. It has a fantastic library. Almost all of the books you'll ever need for your college career can be found here. Fee for First Year is 1,01,150 Rs which includes 10,000Rs security deposite which is we get back at the end of each year. From semester 2 you pay 90,150 Rs per semester. For students comming from some community fee is around 3500Rs.

Dislikes

exam system, schedules are so tight that you barely do something else than curriculum.

nirma is best in gujarat for MCA

cost to study is worth it cause if you consider other colleges like ddu its fees are way higher but can't provide placement like Nirma. has many scholarships schemes but you will need to ask for them faculty will not come to you saying for scholarships

I pay 68000 per semester, I come from an open category so I do not get a scholarship, but in another category, it is provided. I got a job 3LPA from this college. my monthly stipend is 12000

Information regarding MCA program from Nirma University

Our college do have some scholarship program for the scholars basically. From each section the top scorer gets the scholarship every year. I don't have any knowledge of loan facility. I haven't availed any loans or scholarship from the college so i do nkt have detailed knowledge.

Yes bank provide loan for study and college also helps for scholarships. If you have good marks then college provide scholarship and for SC, ST freeship card is also use for study. So if you have got free admission then you have to pay only exam and other fees. Tuition fee is free.
