GGU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement facility of our college is very low and also very few students get the placement opportunities. The highest package offered is 35 lacs per annum and the average package is 5-6 lacs per annum. My future plan after getting the degree is to pursue higher studies in physics.

Got some courses there are placement opportunities and some for not but the maximum course has a placement. Google, Amazon, tata, Infosys, and many more come to the college. The highest package is likely 1500000/y and avg is 500000.

I like the subject of mathematics so that's why I opt for BSc Hons in mathematics. When we talk about the faculty members some of them are good they listene to us solve our problems guide us rightly. The faculty members of GGV are M.Sc holder and few are pH.D holder. The teaching method of some teachers is really good. There is a semester system before a semester exam 2 internal test are taken both are of 15marks after that one semester exam is taken which is of 70marks. There is no diffculty in passing the exam for the students who regularly attending the class but for the students who are not present in class, passing the exam is little bit diffcult.

I chose this course because I was always interested in physics and as GGU is a central university thats why I chose this university. The exam curriculum is just ok and the course are not that advance but in the contrary there are very good reputed faculties who have done major research and are graduted from top colleges like IITs and some international universities. The exams pattern consists 2 internals and 1 end semeseter exam which take palce with in a period of 5 to 6 months. The faculty student ratio is good.

I'm interested in the research of any kind and botany is the one where research activities are not so restricted so it attracted me. Faculty students ratio is approximately 60:2. All faculty are highly qualified as it is the only central university in Chhattisgarh. Term exams are quite delayed as compared to the schedule which was applied before the Covid crisis but the university had tried to put it again on schedule and even they are able to do so. Exams are not so tough if you prepare for them. Passing marks for theory is 40 out of 100 and for practical it is 50 out of 100

Forestry is the branch of agriculture you have to learn about tree species and how to sustainable use of forest b.sc forestry is a 4th-year course 8 semesters last semester is a training programme and the master's in forestry is a 2-year course and 4 semesters.

The students are eligible to sit in placement from 5th sem. Many companies such as BIRLA, TATA, WESCO etc has made offers. The highest Average package offered by company is 1500000/yr. 75% of students are getting placement. My plan is to get well Marks in the BSC.

Faculty: There are three spaces for concentrating on Physics Honors in our school which is kept in such rooms as they are qualified and our educators clarify quite well on the off chance that they don't comprehend them very carefully. Our instructor sir takes us to the Practical Office, which he doesn't see well in viable, holds it well, and makes us great at rehearsing.

There is no campus placement facility here. Even in tech courses, it is not so good. However, the students are guided to clear many competitive exams. you need to apply for off campus if you want to be placed. Im currently preparing for govt. Jobs

Good aspects are every year every fastivas was celebrated with a lots of fun and cant see any bad things in the collage. Admission process are very simple you have to cross VET (vishwavidalaya entarance test) for every course. And you and search anything releted to this collage on website www.ggv.ac.in. overall the collage is good
