MMHAPU BCA : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) program at the college requires applicants to have finished their class 12 education from a recognized Indian Board with at least 50% marks. Admission is merit-based, determined by an entrance exam. Although the faculty is highly qualified and supportive, the student-to-faculty ratio is less than ideal, with fewer than 1 faculty member for every 100 students. Faculty members are known for their effective communication skills and dedication to maintaining teaching standards.

The BCA program spans three years, covering approximately 18 subjects, with exams conducted after every two semesters. The fee structure for BCA is affordable, with a total fee ranging from 33,000 to 35,000 rupees over three years, including a yearly tuition fee of 10,000 rupees, an annual registration fee of 1,050 rupees, a 1,000 rupee exam fee, and a 250 rupee annual fee. The college’s Placement Cell organizes seminars and workshops, facilitating opportunities with companies like TCS, HCL, and Wipro, offering average salaries of 3 lakh rupees.

Placement eligibility begins in the last semester. For MCA, the tuition fee is about 20,000 rupees per year, totaling around 60,000 rupees for the entire course. Despite the affordable fee structure, the university does not provide scholarships or financial assistance, though third-party scholarships are available. There are no fee hikes, but session delays are possible, as evidenced by a session running from 2021-24, completing in 2025. Hostel services are available, but no campus employment is offered.
