The boring pragathi degree college

Actually In degree this college was my 1st semester exam centre. The teachers who came for invigilation were cool so I applied and got the seat. I decided to take this course because I like hospital related work. Giving seminars boosts the confidence but that doesn't mean the faculty will not do their job if any student explains the topic well then from the next day it's their job to teach. The exams are average not too hard not too easy.

I don't know about other courses but my course did provide internship in hospitals. The roles offered are lab technician, nutritionist, dietitian. The internship provided by college is not stipend. The task was to make diet plans for patients council them taste food and make case studies.

This masters course is for 2 years and now I'm in 1st year 2nd semester I paid 36000 in first year. The registration fee was 500 admission fee was 3000 and all the external fees like lab fee is included in the tution fee. As I got the seat in this college my fee is 36000 but the students who joined through management quota has different fee some students are paying 1 lakh 50 thousand and some are paying 2 lakh depends on their rank in entrance exam. Actually I'm not a scholarship student so I don't know about it.

There is no festival celebration or any activities in this college no educational trips or field trips no sports day nothing not even freshers or farewell. It's very boring here. The library is the best you will almost find all the important books related to the course. As for the classroom facilities they are poor. No proper benches no proper black boards if it's a white board there is literally no marker. There are no social groups,clubs here.

I applied in 4 colleges and got excepted in 3 and took admission in this college. I choose this college because it's far from my home that's the only reason and yess because the faculty was so chill. Yes I got rejected from 1 college which is in the opposite road of my current college. I couldn't make it because the marks eligibility was 75 and I scored 62. My college admission process is simple if you get the seat you have give 500 and just confirm the seat you have 2 weeks to decide if you want this college if yess then 3000 admission fee. The eligibility is upto 900 rank and exam to be written is cpget. There is no cutoffs in this entrance exam.

We have 4 subjects and only 2 lectures for our course. They are very friendly but not experienced. I like my chemistry teacher she is totally a genz you know she jokes around and knows her job well. I don't like my food science ma'am she herself doesn't know what she is teaching and always late to the class. Per semester we have 2 internals, 4 practice practical lab and 4 final practical lab and then semester exam. In 1st semester out of 38 only 4 students failed.

The area around my college is super there are many restaurants and at walkable distance there is zudio, pvr etc and metro is very close. There are even shopping malls, banks The most famous hangouts near college are mehfil hotel, pista house, zudio, pvr, priyadarshini park.
