- Affordable fees for the course is one of the main highlights of the things i liked
- College also has its own medicine plant in which ayurvedic medicine are made and transported to all over madhya paradesh
- The professor are friendly and overall teachers are good .
Dislikes
- College building is too old . Its is not maintained properly
- Labs do not have all the facilities like instruments and all and their is lack of lab staff
- The hostel is too small and can accommodate only 50 students
Course Curriculum Overview
One of the reasons for choosing BAMS was its our own medicine system . I wanted to practice ayurveda and cure people naturally. One the area this curriculum should look is on research. Their isn't enough researches going on . This should be on larger scale . And ayurveda medicine should be packed properly to be ready to be distributed.
Internships Opportunities
College provide internship to their students in its hospital itself . As 1 year internship is mandate for BAMS . In that 1 year 6 months for ayurveda and 6 for allopathy. College provide 6 month paid internship in its hospital.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly Fees for the BAMS is Rs. 75000 In which tuition fees is Rs. 40000 Admission fees Rs 1000 Cautious fees 10000 Development fees 10000 Lab fees Rs. 250 College tour fees Rs 4000 Library fees 1000 Student fund 1000 Id card charge 250 Fees is same for all the categories reserved or unreserved. College provide scholarship for general and all other categories , named mukhyamantri medhavi yojna in which students gets 100 percent scholarship. To get this scholarship students must have more than 75 percent in 12th ( for mp board) or more than 85 percent ( for cbse board) Other scholarship like postmetric scholarship is only for obc ,sc ,st students. It is not available for general category . In this scholarship their isn't any percentage criteria.
Campus Life
Campus life is boring. Their isn't anything fun in this college. Their isn't any fest organised till now . They do celebrate Navratri . Their isn't any big ground to play . You come to college study amd then leave . Thats it.
Admission
Its 4th top colleges for ayurveda in madhya pradesh . I got this college through mp ayush counselling in 2024 through NEET. I couldn't make it to other top 3 colleges as because of my not so good rank. The other top 3 colleges are somewhat better in infrastructure and other things.
Faculty
College do have enough teaching faculty. And they are legit approachable and teachs well . I liked Utkarsh kalyankan sir the most . He is our anatomy department professor. Their is an unit test every 2 month and a Term exam after every 6 months . The degree is divided into 3 prof each of 18 months .
Night Life
Their isn't any night life in college. I do not live in college hostel as it was already full . I live in a PG . Theirs isn't any gym cafeterias their . Outside college famous hangout place is gwalior fort.
