Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is good, simple, and useful. Subjects are well planned and easy to understand, which helped me choose this course. It covers both theory and practical parts, which helps in real-life learning and future studies. Labs and projects help in building basic skills. Exams are held on time and are easy to moderate. If you study regularly, exams are not difficult. Some more practical work and industry-based topics can make the course even better. Overall, the curriculum is helpful and relevant.

Placement Experience

5

Placements in our college are decent and improving every year. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Some companies that visit are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and a few core and local companies. Average package is around 3 to 4 LPA and highest package goes up to 6 to 7 LPA depending on company and role. Around 60–70% students get placed, and others go for higher studies or off-campus jobs. College also provides training, aptitude classes, and interview practice to improve skills. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my technical skills and try for a good core or IT job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of our course is around ?1 to ?1.2 lakh, which includes tuition fees, lab fees, exam fees, and other basic charges. At the time of admission, there are small extra charges like registration and development fees. Overall fees for the full course is reasonable and affordable compared to other colleges, and it does not increase much every year. Students from SC, ST, OBC, and other categories get government scholarships, and some students also get merit-based scholarships. Because of scholarships, many students pay very less fees. Overall, the fee structure is simple, fair, and budget friendly.

Campus Life

2

Overall campus life is good and enjoyable. College has cultural and technical fests every year, usually held between January to March, where students take part in many activities. Library has enough books and study material for all subjects. Classrooms are clean and have basic facilities like projectors and good seating. Sports facilities are available for games like cricket, football, and indoor games. There are different student clubs and groups which help students to improve skills and make friends. Social life is friendly and positive

Admission

I chose this college because it offers good education, decent campus, and affordable fees compared to other colleges. I had applied to a few other colleges, but due to high cutoffs and higher fees, I could not get admission there. This college gave me admission easily and the process was smooth and simple. The staff helped properly during admission and explained everything clearly. Admission is based on entrance exam score and eligibility marks, and the cutoff is moderate. Overall, the admission process was easy, quick, and stress free, which made me choose this college.

Faculty

4

Faculty in our college is good and supportive. Most teachers explain concepts in simple way and help students when needed. Faculty to student ratio is decent, so students can easily talk to teachers and clear doubts. Teachers are friendly and approachable. Some teachers are very helpful and motivating, especially in core subjects and labs. Overall teaching quality is good. Course structure is well planned and useful. Subjects are relevant to our branch and help in building basics. Exams are held semester wise with internal tests and final exams. Internal exams are easy to moderate and final exams are moderate. If students study regularly, passing is not difficult. Very few students fail, mostly due to lack of study.

Night Life

5

Night life around the college is calm and safe. Most students spend time in hostels, canteen, or nearby food stalls. Cafeteria and public areas usually close by evening, and library also closes at fixed time. Hostel timings are strict, so students mostly stay inside campus at night. Some students go to nearby cafes and shops to relax and eat food. The area around the college is safe to move till normal evening hours. Overall, night life is simple, peaceful, and decent.

These initiatives help improve students' employability and provide them with opportunities to secure jobs in their respective fields.
